- revised solicitation Revised SF 1449 Amendment 3: This amendment hereby revises the solicitation attachment and the SF 1449. A new requirement has been added called " Compliance Memo and Plan with FAR Clause 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting" that shall be submitted with proposals. The proposals for pricing information has been changed. Also, past performance references for subcontractors has been added. The deadline for proposals has been extended to 26 May 2009 at 0900 EST.
