- Requirement is a time charter of two ocean going tugs in support of JLOTS operations. Place of Performance: At anchorage four miles off Camp Lejeune. Time Period: 02 - 27 June 2009. Tugs Required: 1) One tug shall have minimum 2400 hp. 2) One tug shall have minimum 1600 hp. Primary Duties: 1) Assist positioning a large military cargo vessel at anchorage 2) Tow and position floating cargo at anchorage and vicinity of Camp Lejeune.
