- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The purpose of this notice is to alert members of industry that the Texas Army National Guard, within the next few weeks, intends to solicit for proposals to develop a Website for the Texas Army National Guard J1 Human Resource Office. This presolicitation notice does not in any way obligate the Government to issue a solicitation. The goal is to acquire a customized automated Staffing System to integrate multiple agencies within the J1 to a sole staffing system. The end state of the system should be capable of developing vacancy announcements; advertise vacancy announcements to meet public notice requirements; log and track applications; review applications for minimum qualifications; rate and rank applications; and generate various reports. A pre-solicitation meeting will be held on Thursday, May 7 at 2:00pm to present an overview to the vendors prior to the publication of the solicitation. The presentation will be held at USPFO For Texas, 2200 West 35th Street, Bldg 66, Austin, TX 78703-1222 in the conference room. Please allow time to get through security at the gate of Camp Mabry and time to sign in at the front desk of Bldg 66. There is no alternate date for this presentation.
