- This is a DRAFT Solicitation only. Changes will be posted as often as necessary, including, but not limited to the release of the Final copy. The US Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract with time and material features including Contractors and Governments furnished repair parts and material for the repair of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Forklifts, Lifters, Trucks and Pallet Jacks, for the period of 01 June 2008 through 31 May 2009 including two option years. The procurement is to purchase the non-personal services for the US Installations throughout Germany. The DRAFT Solicitation is now available on the Website: http://www.usacce.army.mil/wcc/vendor.htm (Click on Bid Board, and look for the RFQ # under Solicitation, and see the Attachment thereof), with an estimate closing date, not later than 2:00PM (CET) Central European Time on 12 May 2009. Information Any question concerning this action will be accepted in writing (preferred by email) only.
