- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for acquisition for renewal of SolidWorks Office Professional Software Licenses. This solicitaion is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitaion. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitaion will not be issued. This solicitaion documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular current to: FAC 2005-27, Effective: 17 Oct 2008 & Class Deviation 2005-o0001, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 Correction and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2008-0605. This solicitaion is issued on FEDBIZOPPS and can be found at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov/. SOLICITATION#: F3QCCL9098A001 - the government intends to issue a Sole Source one time non-personal service contract (with two (2) one year option periods) to Lyme Computer Systems, Inc for the purpose of providing SolidWorks Professional Subscription Service (8 Licenses) for an existing software system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430. Federal Acquisition Regulation 252.204-7004 (Alt A) requires Central Contractor Registration. All respondent offerors must be registered in www.ccr.gov in order to be eligible for contract award.
