- Single award term contract for period beginning Date of Award and ending May 31, 2010 for the Department of Health and Human Services/HRSA. Production area, assumed 60-mile radius of Rockville, MD. Bidders outside area must furnish documentation of their ability to meet schedule. Copy pickup in Rockville, MD. Approximately 10 orders per year with 9,000 to 10,000 copies per order having approximately 8 or 12 pages per order with the majority having 8 pages. Printing 3 special issues with, with a one page insert. Size: 8-1/2 x 11 inches. Print head to head in black and one pantone. Pages may contain screens and type reversing out to white. Operations include electronic prepress, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. Deliver f.o.b. destination to Sterling VA, Washington, DC, and Rockville, MD. Quality attributes level III.
