- NASA Headquarters released Draft RFP (DRFP) NNH09274133J on April 20, 2009. Thisis a follow-on Web Service effort that is currently being performed under contractNNH05CC35D. The Web Enterprises Services and Technology (WEST) contract will provideNASA with an agency-wide capability to create, maintain and manage public web sites primarily www.nasa.gov -- and ancillary services. This is a modification to the synopsis entitled NASA Web Services, # 09162008, which wasposted on September 16, 2008. Potential Offerors are encouraged to comment on all aspects of the draft solicitation, aswell as identifying any unnecessary or inefficient requirements. Interested parties mustsubmit their comments by May 20, 2009, NLT 2pm, to David L.
