- This project will require the successful offeror to Procure, Install, coordinate requirements, system components and cable labeling, cable management, schematics, manuals and operator instruction pertaining to the complete system. The Government has procured a large portion of the equipment needed to meet this requirement. A list of the Governemnt Furnished Property will be a part of the solicitation package. Any other equipment must be procured by the contractor and must be compatible and able to intergrate with the Government Furnished Property. A Pre-Solicitation Conference followed by a Site Visit is scheduled for the 27th of May 2009 at 9:00AM in bldg 2300, located at Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, AR.. Due to the complexity of this requirement it is Mandatory for all interested parties who desires to receive a copy of the solicitation to attend this Conference and Site Visit. A copy of the solicitation will only be given to those who attend this conference. All interested vendors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Firms can register via the CCR internet site at http://ww.ccr.gov or by contacting the CCR information Center at 1-888-227-2423. Interested offerors are required to submit their Representations and Certifications online at http://orca.bpn.gov. You will need your DUNS number and CCR MPIN in order to log into the website.
