- The government intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Arkansas National Guard Morale, Welfare and Recreation Fund, Inc., The, DBA Camp Robinson Canteen, North Little Rock, AR 72199 for Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) Cadet and Cadre meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and Bottled Water at Camp Robinson, Little Rock, AR, during the period 29 May through 6 June 2009. The Federal Supply Code is S203 and the North American Industry Classification System code is 722310 with a corresponding size standard of $20.5 million. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The government anticipates making an award on or about 5 May 2009. This date is estimated.
