- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is a combined synopsis/solicitation and it will be the only solicitation. My customer is in demand for assorted Hewlett Packard Accessories or items of equal capabilities. Quotations are being requested for the following solicitation. The solicitation number is W91QV1-09-T-0055 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-18. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423430 with a small business size standard of 100. This requirement is set aside as 100% Small Business. The due date and time for this quotation is 12:00 PM on May 8, 2009. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be, actively, registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov. All quotations will be clearly marked with the offers name, address, POC with telephone number and the above solicitation number. Submit all quotes on companys own document displaying Item Description, Qty, Unit Price, Total Amount, etc. Acceptable means of quotation submission includes e-mail, facsimile, U.S. Postal, or Courier Service. Quotations submitted via U.S. Postal or Courier Service shall be addressed to: Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Attn: Shawn M. Smith, 9410 Jackson Loop, Suite 101, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-5134. Submit both unit price and total price for each line item with quotes. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation based on LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. You will be submitting quotes for the following brand name items or equal: 0001 76 (seventy-six) 1VM Replication License(s) [Vizioncore esxRep-VM1] or equal with 1 year support. If you are submitting equal parts and not brand name, your quotes will be forwarded to the requesting customer to determine if your items will fulfill the requirements of the customer. Items will need to delivered to arrive at Fort Belvoir VA (Zip Code 22060) within 7 days after Contract Award. The Provisions and Clauses that pertains to this Solicitation are but not limited to: 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, 52.212-1 Instructions to Offers-Commercial Items, 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial items [The evaluation criteria will be the items submitted (brand name or equal) on the quote and price], 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Offeror must submit their Signed Reps and Certs from http://orca.bpn.gov with their quote), 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, and 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports. Make all offers valid for at least 30 days. E-mail all questions pertaining to this solicitation to shawn.m.smith4@us.army.mil and place the Solicitation Number in the Subject Line no later than May 5, 2009 at 12:00 PM, because all answers will be provided via an amendment to the solicitation if it is determined an amendment is needed.
