- SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic intends tonegotiate a sole source contract with L-3 Communication Systems-West, 640North 2200 West, Salt Lake City, UT forthe procurement of Wired ChassisAssembly, Power Cable, Scanner andECU. These parts are being procuredas spares to support the TacticalInteroperable Ground Data Link II(TIGDL II). The TIDGL II is part of the TacticalExploitation Group Main which serves sa deployable imagery ground stationand exploitation center. L-3 is themanufacturer and owns the proprietaryrights to the TIGDL II, and it is theonly known item that will satisfy therequirements. A Commercial, Firm-Fixed Price contractissued under the Test Procedures ofFAR Part 13.5 is anticipated. Theapplicable North American IndustryClassification (NAICS) code is 334220and the size standard is 750. Thisnotice is not a request for competitiveproposals.
