- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Yazoo City, MS intends to issue a solicitation for RFQ-31511-0027-09 to obtain the requirements of : 4 th QUARTER SUBSISTENCE-MEAT/FROZEN ITEMS. This solicitation is a 100 % set-aside FOB destination. The NAICS code is 424470. Delivery dates will begin July 01, 2009 and ends at September 30, 2009. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, 2225 Haley Barbour Parkway, Yazoo City, MS 39194. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: past performance, price comparison with other offers, and administrative cost. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 15, 2009 and will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
