- NSN 6685-01-055-5298, Meter, Wet Bulb. Unit of issue is 1 each. Destination inspection required. This NSN is for 3M P/N RSS-200. This is an Unrestricted solicitation for the purpose of adding this NSN to the existing 3M Corporate Contract, Contract Number SPM4AX07D9008. Specifications, plans, or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is a requirements contract with a 2-yr base period and four 2-yr option periods. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will not include progress payments. The solicitation will not include progress payments.
