- Description
- Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) to provide the necessary management, material support services, labor, supplies and equipment deemed necessary to provide marine boatyard and industrial support. Support is defined as, but is not limited to, providing manpower and equipment to accomplish alteration installations, repairs, modernizations, testing, stowage, machine shop services, transporting and maintenance task orders for boats and craft. Work consists of repairs (structural to include inflatable sponsons, mechanical, diesel inboard and Honda outboard propulsion, electrical, electronic, fluid systems/hoses) and periodic maintenance to non-commissioned boats, small craft and their associated systems for vessels less than 10 meters or 30 feet in length (by Navy hull designation or Length Overall (LOA)) or less and associated trailers that can be transported via state roadways. Craft are in direct support of Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SER! MC) and the associated small craft attached to and serviced by, at Mayport Naval Station. Work is to be performed in the Jacksnville FL area. The solicitation will be made available on or about 01 June 2009.
