- The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Albuquerque Acquisition Office,located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, intends to issue a solicitation with a requirement to perform reroofing over the existing standing seam roof on building 323 and perform application of emulsion fibered or acrylic coating system over the existing metal roof on building 52. These buildings are located at Jicarilla agency, Dulce, New Mexico. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238160, with a size standard of $14.0 million. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. Bid, performance, and payment bonds will be required. All offerors are required to check this website daily to be notified of any changes to this solicitation. Issuance of the solicitation is projected to be on or about May 13, 2009, with a projected bid due date of June 12, 2009. These dates are subject to change. All responsible small business sources are encouraged to submit a bid that will be considered for award. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Bureau of Indian Affairs must be registered on line at the Contractor Central Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
