- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number F6THCC9103AC01 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25. This solicitation is set aside for small business; the associated NAICS code is 423690 and small business size standard is 100 employees. This requirement is for the purchase of: VTC parts and Software replacement for CODEC 6000 The following parts are required: 0001AA Codec 6000 MXP HD part number 113545 or Equal QTY 1 EACH 0002AA Codec 6000 MXP HD Software part number 113828NPP or Equal QTY 1 EACH 0003AA Codec 6000 MXP HD Maintenance package part # 113545V31D or equal QTY 1 EACH ALL ABOVE NOTED ITEMS MUST BE COMPATIBLE AND INTEROPERABLE WITH TANBERG SYSTEMS. Technical acceptability Price and Delivery time are evaluation factors so please include information addressing all factors with your quote.
