- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT SEYMOUR JOHNSON AFB, NC SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION OF BASE ENGINEERING REQUIREMENTS (SABER) INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE DELIVERY (IDIQ) CONTRACT. SABER 2009 STIMULUS PROJECTS: The following stimulus projects call for various repairs to roofs, HVAC systems, lighting systems, ventilation controls, and door seals, at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. These stimulus projects will be awarded as part of the existing requirements type IDIQ contract. The projects are as follows: 1. Repair HVAC Systems, Bldgs 3500/4517 (magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000) 2. Repair HVAC, Electrical & Energy Deficiencies, O'Club (magnitude between $250,000 and $500,000) 3. Deleted; no longer a Recovery project. 4. Repair Roofs With Standing Seam, Bldgs 4735/4103 (magnitude between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000) 5. Install Demand Ventilation Controls (magnitude between $250,000 and $500,000) 6. Replace Inefficient Lighting Systems (magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000) 7. Install Hangar Door Seals (magnitude between $100,000 and $250,000) 8. Deleted; no longer a Recovery project. 9. Repair HVAC, Maintenance Docks, Bldgs 4909/4828 (magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000)
