- This is a notice of intent for Sole Source procurement under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures and other than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.302-1). A solicitation will not be issued. The associated NAICS Code is 611430. The Regional Contracting Office-Northeast, Quantico, Virginia intends to award a one year Sole Source contract to The Bowen Consulting Group, Inc., 19 Brixham Ct., Stafford, VA 22554 a requirement to procure instructors to facilitate Marine Corps Acculturation Program (MCAP) courses. The Bowen Consulting Group, Inc. is the only source that will satisfy the agency requirements. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes that it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer. This notice is not a request for proposal. Interested parties may submit their capability for satisfying this requirement to the e-mail address identified below not later than 05 May! 2009. Responses received will be evaluated, however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses on this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
