- Office of Acquisition Management Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Department of Homeland Security (DHS) 801 I Street, Washington, D C 20536 SUBJECT: Purchase and Installation of a CCTV system Solicitation Number: OKCITYCCTV Response Date: See below This combined sources sought/synopsis is for information and planning purposes only; it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Office of Acquisition Management, Immigrations and Customs (ICE) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for this effort. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Oklahoma City, OK has a requirement for the purchase and installation of a CCTV system. The requirement will include, but not limited to the replacement of current VHS system to DVR system, replacing all existing cameras, and monitoring allowed from six (6) desks. Place of Performance: Oklahoma City, OK 73119-2800 Period of Performance: One (1) week – five (5) business days This competitive acquisition is being set-aside for Small Business Administration (SBA) certified small businesses. If your company qualifies as a small business in North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238210 and is interested in participating in this requirement please respond with your company information. NOTE: NO QUOTES ARE/WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME NO TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED It is a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Homeland Security be registered with Central Contractor Registration which may be accessed at http://www.ccr.gov/, and ORCA https://orca.bpn.gov. Offerors must have a DUNs Number or have the ability to obtain one prior to proposal submittal. The entire solicitation will be issued electronically at the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website, https://www.fbo.gov/. Paper copies will not be available. The solicitation, attachments and specifications will only be available by downloading the documents from the FedBizOpps website. All prospective offerors are responsible for obtaining the solicitation, any amendments or any other information from the FedBizOpps website. It is therefore the contractor’s responsibility to check the website for any posted changes to the solicitation. The projected solicitation issue date is May 2009.
