- The Fort Myer Military Community, Ft Myer, Virginia has a requirement to replace and install two new gas water boilers, in Building 47, Fort McNair, DC. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 5 May 2009 at 10:00 am EST. All contractors shall be searched at the gates, so make sure you allow enough time to be at the designated meeting area by 10:00 am. All interested parties shall meet at building 47, Fort McNair, DC and be met by the Contract Specialist and the Government Quality Assurance person. This requirement is being set aside as a 100% Set-aside HubZone Small Business procurement. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The FSC Code is J045 and the NAICS Code is 238220.
