- The VISN 19 Rocky Mountain Network Contracting Center plans to issue a solicitation for adult day care on behalf of the Montana VA Health Care System, Ft Harrison, Montana. Under this Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), the contractor shall provide contract adult day health care to beneficiaries for whom such care is specifically authorized by the Montana VA Health Care System. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 624120 with a small business standard of $7.0M. The period of performance will be for a basic year plus four (4) one-year pre-priced options for renewal. The following technical factors will be used to evaluate all offers/proposals: technical capability, past performance and price. The solicitation package should be available for download on or about 05/06/09. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided. All documents will be available in PDF format. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the VISN 19 office. Any questions pertaining to this solicitation must be provided to the Contracting Officer, in writing, at the email or physical address listed herein to be considered for a response.
