- Solicitation Number W81XWH-09-T-0254 will be issued on or about 6 May 2009 and proposals will be due on or about 12 May 2009 @ 4:00 PM EST. The Governments requirement is to acquire an Imaging System Spectrum for Wound Healing for Microbiology. Minimum Essential Characteristics will be in the proposal. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office.
