- Andersen AFB, Guam has a requirement for construction supplies. The solicitation or Request for Quote will be issued on or about 23 April 2009 with a closing date of 29 April 2009 and an estimated award date of 4 May 2009. Delivery will be FOB Destination to Andersen AFB, Guam. The NAICS code is 423390, size standard 500 employees. The solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business set aside. POTENTIAL CONTRACTORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION WEBSITE (http://www.ccr.gov) and have their Representation and Certifications Application filed under the new ORCA database (http://www.bpn.gov). If Representation and Certifications are not in the ORCA website then Representation and Certifications, FAR 52.212-3, must be accomplished and submitted with quote to be eligible for award. FAR 52.212-3 will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Please note that paper solicitations will not be issued, and all documents related to this requirement will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website.
