- W912PQ-09-T-0001-0004 The 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard at Francis S. Gabreski Airport in Westhampton Beach New York has a requirement for Eagle Combat Integrated Armor Carrier System (CIACS) for the 101st Rescue Squadron at the 106th Rescue Wing. Delivery will be to the 106th RQW, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978-1201. Solicitation number W912PQ-09-T-0001 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32, effective 31 March 2009. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS for this requirement is 339999 and the size standard is 500 employees.
