- ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO JENNIFER JACKSON. You may fax or mail your request ATTN: CCAM-AL-M, Jennifer Jackson, Contract Specialist, or Jeanie Clark, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-313-8194. No telephone or email requests will be accepted. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, testing equipment and materials to overhaul the Altimeter, Pressure, PRID numbers: BX813 and BX814, Input NSNs: 6610-01-091-3701 / 6610-01-091-3702, Input PNs: B4420210002 / 10450-31327, Output NSNs: 6610-01-091-3701 / 6610-01-091-3702, Output Part Numbers: B4420210002 / 10450-31327. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for a minimum quantity of 150 each, maximum quantity of 900 each, per NSN, with 150 each estimated for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) on each NSN. Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required for these items. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described requirement. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. Small Business Firms that recognize and perform maintenance and overhaul on the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides is restricted to U.S. small businesses; therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Overhaul shall be performed in accordance with Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 55-6610-385 dated 15 April 1985 and DMWR 55-6610-354 dated 30 May 1987 with all applicable Maintenance Engineering Orders (MEOs). This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
