- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Laboratory Synergy LLC, on other than full and open competitive basis for 1 each Pulverisette 7; Planetary Mill premium line instrument with out grinding bowls & balls for 100-120/200V/1~.50-60Hz 1100 Watt, P/N 07.5000.00; 4 each 20 mL agate grinding bowl w/ steel casing, P/N 50.9820.00; 320 each Grinding balls, 5mm agate polished (100 pieces weight approx. 17g) for grinding bowls, 500mL, 250mL, 80mL, 45mL, 12mL, or 15mL, 10mL, or 5mL for P23, P/N 55.0050.05; 2 each Special lid, agate with valves and seal ring for bowls 80mL, 45mL, & 20mL volume with steel casing, P/N 50.9627.00; 2 each 80mL stainless steel grinding bowl with steel casing, P/N 50.9610.00; 2 each Special lid, stainless steel with valve and seal ring for bowls 80mL, 45mL, and 20mL volume with steel casing, P/N 50.9617.00; 500 each Grinding balls 5mm stainless steel (100 pieces weigh approx. 51g) for grinding bowls 500mL, 250mL, 80mL, 45mL, 12mL, or 15mL, 10mL or 5mL for P23, P/N 55.0050.10. Additional specifications will appear in the RFQ. Sole source based on having unique capabilities to Laboratory Synergy LLC. (Microsoft IE Required). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DOD(s) Central Contractor Registration database.
