- The Federal Aviation Administration in Memphis, TN has a requirement for the successful offeror to furnish the necessary labor, material and equipment to provide janitorial services at the Air Traffic Control Tower and Contract Weather Observer Facility International Airport Memphis, TN located at 2515 Winchester Road, Memphis, TN. The FAA intends to award a firm fixed price requirements contract. This contract will be for a based year (12 months) and two option periods beginning 01 Jul 2009 through 30 September 2011. This requirement is a set-aside 100% for 8(a) Business. We are limiting consideration for offeror principle place of business be within a 350 mile radius of Memphis, TN. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this requirement is 561720, the size standard is: $16.5 Million.
