- This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 23 April 2009. Solicitation number FA4600-09-T-0018 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-23. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. All responsible vendors to return a quote will be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219, and the small business size standard is $7.0 Million. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order with a base period of performance (POP): 12 months ADC for the following service: Request a maintenance agreement for the sterlizer equipment listed in the attached statemnt of need for the 55th Medical Group, Offutt AFB, NE. Please reference solicitation # FA4600-09-T-0018 on all correspondence. All quotations must be received via e-mail to Justin.Williamson@Offutt.AF.Mil or fax 402-294-7280 to TSgt Justin Williamson at the 55 Contracting Squadron, 101 Washington Square, and Offutt AFB 68113-2107. Quotes must be valid for 30 days after the date that the quotes are due. All contractors shall be ORCA registered http://orca.bpn.gov. All contractors are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY AWARD DATE will make a contractor ineligible for award. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations. Direct all questions to TSgt Justin K.
