- A Request for Proposal(RFP) will be issued on an unrestricted basis with Other than Full and Open Competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. Purchase Request 0021359209 authorize this procurement. Contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. This item is currently sole source to WOODWARD HR TEXTRON, INC, CAGE 96124. RFP is for VALVE, SOLENOID. 30 VOLTS DC. FUEL TRANSFER VALVE, IAW Woodward HRT P/N 517500-101. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation is for a total quantity of 86 EA. The solicitation terms include FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. The delivery location for this procurement is NEW CUMBERLAND PA and TRACY CA and the delivery requested is 360 days. This requirement is for DLA Direct. This is a Critical Application Item. Any firm requesting a copy of this RFP will be provided a copy. Progress payments may not be authorized for this procurement. Cost and Pricing Data will not be required as the requested quantity dollar value does not exceed the threshold. The solicitation issue date is May 5th, 2009. It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
