- Description: This is a commercial item acquisition in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. NF/SG Veterans Healthcare System, Malcolm Randall VA Medical Center, 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, FL 32608 is seeking qualified contractors to submit responsive bids for the purchase of Carmeda coated (bio-active) Sterile Custom Surgical Heart Packs for cardiac surgery. The custom table heart pack consists of various lengths of 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch tubing; tubing end caps, one way valves, clamps and stopcocks; various tubing connectors; O2, prebypass and arterial filters; cardiotmy reservoir; hemoconcentrator. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 423450. The electronic solicitation VA-248-09-RP-0364 may be downloaded on http://wwwfedbizopps.gov. All questions must be submitted in writing to the following email address Clifford.Snipe@va.gov or faxed to Clifford Snipe at 352 381-5747 No telephone responses will be accepted.
