- This is a market survey to locate additional sources for spare parts for BAIS (for an IDIQ contract for five years). Suppliers capable of furnishing spare parts must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USA C-E LCMC, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-IEW-R-SN, Building 1201E, Ft. Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000. The response must include documentation that the vendor can provide BAIS spare parts for the above listed items. The successful BAIS spare parts vendor will be required to provide a standard commercial one year warranty for the delivered items. The successful BAIS spare parts vendor is responsible for providing the test procedures, automated test equipment, software, and interface devices needed to perform any warranty repairs.
