- Representation of Inverted Domestic Corporation status. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Air Force (USAF) intends to award a sole source, commercial, firm-fixed price award to Green Hills Software for: 3 ea. GA-MA-PPC-MP-UNS-S AdaMULTI and Ada95 compiler 3 ea. Annual support for GA-MA-PPC-MP-UNS-S 1 ea. GA-MA-SOL-UX-SOL-S AdaMULTI and Ada95 compiler 1ea. Annual support for GA-MA-SOL-UX-SOL-S The basic period of performance is one year from date of award. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32, 31 March 2009, DFARS Change Notice 20090115. NAICS Code: 511210 Small Business Size Standard: $25M annual revenue Place of Performance: Robins AFB, GA. NOTE 22 APPLIES Green Hills Software Inc. (CAGE: 04LG3) is the only known source that can satisfy the requirements of this acquisition. The software/technology are proprietary. The systems require qualified technical support.
