- Collective Bargaining Agreement Floor Plan of Clinic Performance Work Statement Solicitation DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment and all materials to provide Hospital Aseptic Management Systems (HAMS) housekeeping services for the Vet Clinic, Building 1133, at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The Vet Clinic is approximately a 21 room, 2,400 square foot facility.
