- Justification and Approval 6.302-1 J&A Number 08-746 The Naval Air Systems Command, Lakehurst, NJ awarded a fixed price contract on a sole-source basis to Anritsu Company, located in Morgan Hill, CA for the following Items: qty (9) Synthesized CW Generators, and qty. (13) Synthesized CW Generators with Analog Capabilities. Anritsu Company is the sole designer, developer and integrator of these RTCASS parts and is the only known firm with the unique knowledge, experience, and technical data to provide these items. The Government procured the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1
