Description

Description of Requirement This is a commercial acquisition and it is available for full and open competition; all responsible businesses may submit a quote. The applicable NAICS code is 334310 – AUDIO AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING and the small business size standard is 750 Employees. This acquisition will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract that represents the best value to the government and best shipping time. The 15th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for a replacement Projector Screen in an Auditorium located at the Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies (APCSS) in Ft. Derussy, Hawaii 96815. The main projector screen in the APCSS Auditorium is 16 foot wide by 6 foot high and is viewed by a seated audience of 130. THERE WILL BE A SITE VISIT CONDUCTED ON MAY 1, 2009 AT 11:30AM AT THE ASIA-PACIFIC CENTER FOR SECURITY STUDIES. PLEASE CONTACT KIMBERLY JOHNSON AT (808) 448-2944.
