- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) in support of Naval Communications Telecommunications, Far East, has a requirement for maintenance involving the Cable and Information Retrieval System (CAIRS). The contractor will provide the following: 1.Local On-site support2.Remote Diagnostics3.Technical Documentation and Publications4.Software Service and Support The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Unique Communications Inc. 375 N Stephanie St, Ste 1211, Henderson, NV 89014.
