- In accordance with OMB Circular A-76, the United States General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Central Office (CO) and Region 11 (R11) formally announce the cancellation of the Streamlined Competition of Administrative Assistants, Clerk/Typists, Office Assistants, Secretaries and other closely allied occupations also known as the Administrative Support Function (ASF) performed at GSA/FAS/CO 2200 Crystal Drive, Arlington, VA 22202-4502; FAS Willow Wood, 10304 Eaton Place, Fairfax, VA 22030-2213; Region 11 Headquarters, 7th & D Streets, SW, Washington, DC 20407. This is not a Request for Proposal and in no way obligates the Government. No outside offers are being solicited at this time.
