- THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE IS TO IDENTIFY THE PRIME CONTRACTORS SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN PHASE 2 OF THIS ACQUISITION, FOR POTENTIAL SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITIES. Phase One has been completed and the selection of Offerors to compete in Phase 2 has been made. The following Offerors have been selected to participate in Phase Two of the Physical Fitness Facility at Fort Stewart, Georgia: (1) The Clement Group, LLC.
