- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Center for Acquisition Innovation - Austin intends to award a sole source contract to Sterling Computer for Connect: OS/390 Software maintenance to include periodic updates, enhancements and corrections to software, and reasonable technical support, all of which are customarily provided by the Contractor to its customers. Distribution of maintenance copies shall be accomplished by using appropriate magnetic, electronic or printed media. All responses from responsible sources will be considered. Responses must include sufficient documentation to allow this office to evaluate the possibility of your firm to submit a valid quotation. Sufficient documentation shall include but not limited to a Connect: OS/390 software agreement to offer or propose those services in their behalf. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. All responses must be submitted in writing within 5 calendar days of publication of this notice. Written responses can also be faxed to 512/326-6028 to the attention of the contracting officer on this notice.
