- Under the Authority of Federal Acquisitions Regulation, Part 6, Subparts 6.301 and 6.302, The U.S. Census Bureau intends to contract with DLT Solutions, Inc., Herndon, VA, on a noncompetitive basis for the following services: Part #9923-13918 TOAD for Oracle Standard Edition Per Seat Maintenance Renewal Pack Qty. 161 Part #9923-12220 TOAD Professional Edition Maintenance Renewal - Includes 1 seat of TOAD for Oracle, Debugger, Knowledge Xpert for PL SQL Development - sold per seat Qty. 2 Part #9923-11636 TOAD for Oracle Debugger Per Seat Maintenance Renewal Qty. 20 Part #9923-11636 TOAD for Oracle Debugger Per Seat Maintenance Renewal Qty. 16 Part #9923-11633 TOAD for Oracle Xpert Tuning Module Per Seat Maintenance Renewal Qty. 4 Part #9923-11633 TOAD for Oracle Xpert Tuning Module Per Seat Maintenance Renewal Qty. 20 Part #9923-11640 TOAD for Oracle Xpert Edition Per Seat Maintenance Renewal Pack Qty. 12 The period of performance for this requirement will be May 1, 2009 through April 30, 2010. This synopsis is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by April 30, 2009, a contract may be issued to DLT Solutions, Inc. without further notice.
