- This RFQ is hereby extended until Noon, Eastern, April 27, 2009, to clarify/correct the answer to question #22 which was posted yesterday: Q22. “In most of the RFQ it refers to operating walk-in centers OR mobile centers. But in the Evaluation Criteria, Factor 1, as a pass-fail condition, it says "...operate at least one static walk-in center AND 2 mobile walk-in clinics...." Can you please clarify? CORRECTED ANSWER: A22. This factor has been revised to state "...operate at least one static walk-in center OR 2 mobile walk-in clinics...." In addition, under Attachment 3, Evaluation Criteria, Factor 1 – Technical Capabilities, paragraph (a) is hereby replaced with the following: a) Ability and capacity to, within two weeks of award or less, be able to operate at least one static walk-in center or 2 mobile walk-in clinics each week for 8 continuous weeks. This criterion will be evaluated on a Pass/Fail basis. NOTE: Quotations submitted prior to this RFQ amendment will be evaluated unless an offeror elects to withdraw or revise its quotation prior to the new deadline stated in the amendment.
