- Provide labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary for an Integrated Library System that will allow the libraries in our network to cooperate more fully, to facilitate the building of complimentary collections, and to automate records to capture statistics needed for the Annual Statistical Report mandated by Central Office. Delivery will be to the VAMC Augusta, GA. This contract includes a base year (one year from date of award), plus four one-year renewal options that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period shall not exceed five years. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. RFQ VA-247-09-RP-0214 will be advertised on or about 4/23/2009 as a Total Small Business set-a-side with a NAICS code of 519120 with the size standard of $7.0M. Interested offerors may obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation free at the fedbizopps URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
