- Sole Source Letter Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command 60th CONS Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order for Medtronic Bone Morpogenic Protein autograft replacement infuse kits plus shipping. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-32, Effective 20 April 2009 and Defense DCN 20090115 Last Update:15 Jan 2009, and the Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0318 Effective 18 Mar 2009. This requirement is pursuant to Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The following provisions or clauses apply to this acquisition Clauses.
