- Government Response #3 Solicitation No. W91QVN-09-T-0472 1. Are we sourcing the DVD players? If so, is Bluray a requirement? 2. Are we sourcing the laptops? If so, please provide specific technical requirements and any software required. The Government response to questions 1 and 2 is No. The Government will use internal DVD players and/or laptops. Displays should be industry standard to allow for over the counter DVD players or laptops to be utilized. The solicitation states that quotes must be submitted at fedbid.com, however, I am unable to find a listing there for this solicitation. Can you clarify this for me? Attach is the FedBizOpps.Gov vendor guide that provides instruction on how to response to Government opportunities. Section 4.3 Managing Electronic Responses to an Opportunity is a section that addresses how to submit and upload documents. The website for FEDBizOpps.Gov is https://www.fbo.gov.
