- Stake Body Truck Posted on 2009-04-23 Due on 2009-06-03 Hard Copy Price: $0.00 DBE Participation Goal: 26% Synopsis IFB No. ES9131/RSC-RAIL The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is soliciting sealed bids for the procurement of 3 each Stake Body Truck as indicated in the specifications, or an approved equal. The solicitation will be available on or about April 23, 2009, via the attachment below. Bid opening will be on June 3, 2009. The Stake Body Trucks are to be delivery 120 calendar days after receipt of notice of award. Please submit all questions to Ms. Ruby S. Coley, Contract Administrator via email at rcoley@wmata.com. WMATA is issuing this solicitation under the Federal Government's "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009" (ARRA). Under the ARRA, contractors doing business with the Federal Government or receiving ARRA funds must have a DUNS number issued by Dun and Bradstreet and register with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.CCR.gov. The solicitation contains a DBE percentage goal. Proposed DBEs must be certified by WMATA before the bid due date.
