- Bakery Products Program in Korea The Contractor shall plan, develop, and implement a - Korea Bakery at a location designated by the Army to replace the existing bakery at Camp Market. The current Yongsan Relocation Plan (YRP)/Land Partnership Program (LPP) master plan does not include an AAFES Bakery to provide quality of life services for service members, civilians and families. Eighth United States Army and the Installation Management Commd Korean Region Logistics Division have held discussions with the master planners on this issue in order to get this situation resolved. The United States Forces Korea does not intend to designate a location for the bakery. Bottom line is that vendor must be able to deliver baked goods that meet US standards for enrichment on a schedule to specified locations.
