Description
This is an amendment to Solicitation #: W911RZ-09-T-0172/ Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Equipment and Training. There have been several question posed about the original solicitation. This amendment provides the questions and answers. The closing date of this solicitation shall be extended from 12:00 p.m. MST 21 April 2009 to 4:30 p.m. MST 21 April 2009. All quotes shall reference this amendment. Q. Have you contacted the manufacturer of the requested equipment to verify availability of equipment? A. The contractor is required to verify that information. Q. If the required equipment is not available, can the training dates be adjusted to manufacturers delivery schedule? A. Only the training dates stated on the Statement of Work are acceptable. Q. Will the same four (4) students start and complete all nine (9) training days? A. Yes. Q. What is the desired result of the requested training? The proposed training schedule will provide the students with a very basic understanding of TSCM operational activities, methodologies and equipment utilization. Will you review/accept a training curriculum designed for Counterintelligence support to operations instead of the proposed commercial training curriculum? A. All quotes shall reflect only the requirements stated in the Statement of Work and the equipment specifications. The governement is only requiring what is identified in the solicitation. Q. Will the unit requesting training use a credit card to purchase the required TSCM equipment? A. The requested equipment and training will be paid for by a purchase order 30 days ARO. Q. Are the requested training dates desired or fixed? If desired, what other dates will satisfy requirement requested? A. Only the training dates stated on the Statement of Work are acceptable. Q. How will Past Performance information be verified by 21 April 2009, in order to evaluate offers? A. Only the past performance information of the lowest priced, acceptable vendor will reviewed. If there is no negative past performance information that exists for the lowest priced, acceptable vendor then no more past performance reviews will be conducted for any other vendor. Q. Are you interested in conducting the training at your location? A. No. All quotes shall be sent to Hannah Montoya, at hannah.montoya@us.army.mil or faxed at 719-526-5333.
