- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE ROOFING INDEFINITE DELIVERY CONTRACT, FA4416-08-D-0006. The contractor shall Repair and Replace Roof at Bldg 3715 on Andrews AFB. The work covered by these specifications consists of providing all plant, labor, equipment, appliances and materials. The contractor would replace existing shingled roof and modified roof sections. Provide new gutters and downspouts. This work is to be in accordance with the applicable specifications and clauses as indicated in the Repair Roofs Multi-Facilities Indefinite Delivery Requirement Contract.
