- JIEDDO Irregular Warfare Analyst Support The U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command Contracting Center (RDECOMCC) plans to issue a solicitation on/around 8 May 2009 for Irregular Warfare Analyst Operational Support for the Joint IED Defeat Organization (JIEDDO). The services needed will consist of operational level military operations, intelligence and operations research systems analysis for deployed U.S. and coalition forces for Counter-Improved Explosive Device (C-IED) operations in support of all U.S. Combatant Command Areas of Responsibility and other locations in the United States. The projected contract will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type. This requirement will be unrestricted. The period of performance is projected to be a base year and (2) one-year option periods.
