- N00033-09-R-3301 Amendment 0007 extends the closing date and updates Section K. RFP isfor the time charter of one self-sustaining container ship, capable of carrying containers laden with ammunition, in support of the USMC Prepositioning Program. RFP is posted to the Contracts Section of the MSC webpage: www.msc.navy.mil. Please direct any questions to the Primary POC, Jay Standring. This is a new requirement. Schedule and cargo details are specified in the RFP. NOTE: THE CORRECT SOLICITATION NUMBER IS N00033-09-R-3301. THE SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE ON THE MSC WEBSITE, www.msc.navy.mil. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESSES.
